WHERE CAN I SHIP?
We ship to all provinces of Thailand. We also ship any non-perishable products to other South East Asia Countries. For other countries, please check with us by any social media accounts.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS AND WHAT DO THEY COST?
We typically offer standard postage, Kerry Express, and overnight shipping.
All available shipping options will be shown at checkout, along with exact prices.
Any overnight order placed after 12pm, we will ship the next business day, for arrival the day after that.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We try to get all orders out the door as fast as we possibly can, and it takes around 1-3 business days to process. Around major holidays, things may take a little bit longer i.e. up to 5-7 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is confirmed and you can track on the shipment.
PRODUCTS WITH DAMAGE
If you receive damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do whatever we can to make things right. Kindly always send us the item photos to let us know the problem.
No refund policy if you change your mind about the products received based on not liking the taste, texture or flavour.
MORE ABOUT MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
If you confirmed the Monthly Surprise Subscription, you will be charged on the 10th of each month and receive your box between the 16th - 25th. Please don’t forget to inform us before 10th of the month if there is any changes of address or if you are planning to travel. We will try to accommodate to the changes, depending on the locations and inform timing.
Our goal is to always send out the freshest products when the order is confirmed. Sometimes we need to shop something slightly different as listed, but certainly with the same value.
